Deshi Game Terms and Conditions — Complete Usage Guidelines

In these Terms and Conditions "Deshi Game", "We" or "Platform" refers to the deshigame.net website and its associated mobile application. "User", "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has opened an account with Deshi Game or is using the platform.

• Each Individual One Account Only you may open one. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, national ID, or banking details is strictly prohibited.
• An OTP verification will be sent to the mobile number provided during registration.
• For transactions above ৳50,000, you will need to complete KYC verification by uploading a copy of your National ID.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential — never share them with anyone.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, please notify support immediately.

Deshi Game may request additional documentation at any time to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until this process is completed.

Deshi Game may request a national ID or birth registration certificate at any time for age verification purposes. Your account may be restricted until verification is complete.

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Accounts cannot be created from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Deshi Game employees are not permitted to place bets or engage in gaming on the platform.

Deposits and withdrawals on Deshi Game are currently available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT.

When you request a withdrawal, the funds are first credited to your Deshi Game wallet and then transferred to your chosen payment method. For withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000, KYC verification must be completed.

• The payment method used for deposits must be the same as the one used for withdrawals.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a technical error or incorrect odds are identified, the affected bet may be declared void.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.
• An accumulator bet is won only if all legs are correct — a single incorrect leg results in the entire bet being lost.

In Live Betting, odds change from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Occasional network delays may cause odds to shift — in such cases, you will be given the opportunity to confirm your bet at the updated odds.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement is 5x (the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times).
• Free Bet: Awarded upon meeting specific conditions. Winnings from free bets are withdrawable after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Bonuses are valid only on the associated account and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time — please review the terms of each offer individually.

If bonus funds are misused or their terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Deshi Game reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time without providing a reason.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Abusing the bonus system or breaching the applicable terms and conditions.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of sports fraud.
• Attempting to hack, deploy malware, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or steal their information.
• Exploiting technical glitches or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

Deshi Game's security team monitors the platform 24/7. Suspicious activity is detected automatically. If you become aware of fraudulent activity by another user, please report it immediately to support@deshigame.net.

Deshi Game believes gaming is for entertainment — not a means of earning a living. We always prioritize the mental and financial well-being of our members.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly spending limit directly from your account settings.
• If needed, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period (1 week, 1 month, or 6 months).
• If you notice signs of problem gambling, reach out to us at support@deshigame.net — we're here to help.
• Never bet with borrowed money or funds that belong to someone else.

Either the user or Deshi Game may close an account at any time.

• Permanent Closure: Serious violations of these terms or confirmed cases of fraud will result in permanent account closure.
• For permanently closed accounts, any verified legitimate balance will be refunded — funds obtained through prohibited activity will not be returned.
